Refund Policy

Mock tests are digital and unlock as soon as payment is confirmed, so purchases are generally non-refundable once a test is unlocked.

When you get a refund

• You paid twice for the same thing.
• You paid but your access was never unlocked.
• The wrong amount was charged by mistake.

If you upgrade to the 10-mock pack, the site already deducts single mocks you bought.

Approval time

Payments are usually approved within 1 hour. Payments made late at night are approved the next morning. Approval can occasionally take longer for reasons beyond our control.

How to request a refund

Email pgomocklab@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your login email and the 12-digit UPI reference number.

Approved refunds are sent back to the same UPI account within 5-7 working days.
